I have an HP laptop. On power it goes immediately to recovery manager. It then goes through reformatting and renstalling. after a certain percentage I get a blue screen with an error "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
