Okay, so here is my problem. I was just on my laptop, when it froze. I tried a multitude of ways to get it to unfreeze, but nothing would work, so I had to... Remove the power supply.
When I restarted it, everything seemed to be going as normal. It said that it hadn't shut down properly, if I wanted to go into safe mode, etc. etc. I chose to restart it normally. Since this has happened before, I didn't think anything would go wrong... That was, until it got past the welcome screen. Usually, I see my desktop and all of its icons... This time, the entire screen is white. Explorer isn't opening. I can move the little arrow icon around, but nothing is popping up. I can't even shut it down normally anymore, and have to remove the power supply again.
So I did that, and tried to start it in safe mode. The same thing happened, only instead of white, there was black everywhere, with the little 'safe mode' in the four corners. Since that didn't work I 'restarted' it, so now I'm stuck with a white screen once more. Nothing I'm trying works, not even CTRL+ALT+DEL, so I'm really in a bad place here. Please help!
