I need to delete MS Word 2003 normal.dot template and then create a new one. Where the heck is it? This solution has been around since MS Word 2.1!! Oh by the way, I have Windows Vista, the worst operating system ever developed by Microsoft! I rest my cast!

You don't need to know the location, just do a search of your system,
and delete ALL the normal.dot files you find.
The next time you open Word, a new normal.dot file will be created.
You can also save any page as a template (dot) file. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
