Hey!
So here's the deal, when I open my C Drive and select all folders (including hidden files/folders) and then right-click and go to Properties it says the total is 13.3GB. Now I have already used vssadmin to limit the amount of disk space it can use to 2GB, assuming it's using the full 2GB thats a total of 15.3GB however in My Computer under the C Drive it says 17.1GB free of 38.2GB. So I figure I got a good 5GB that apparently is being used but I don't know by what?!
Anybody got any ideas or seen this before??

Hey thanks!
that helped a lot. It turns out there is 2.3GB of a paging file even though I've already set it in Advanced System Settings to use the D: not the C:. Is there any way I can force this?

Are you following the rules?
"How to move paging file (pagefile.sys) to another drive in your system?
You can move the paging file (pagefile.sys) to another drive, by clicking on the “No paging file” radio button, and then clicking “Set” button. Then choose a different drive to set a new pagefile.sys with either custom size or system managed size options."
Google turns up an abundance of info on moving\configuring pagefiles if you need more.

Well I went back to my Advanced System Settings and just manually set the paging file allowance on my C: Drive to 16MB (I have 3GB on D:) and sure enough after the restart I had reclaimed the 2.4GB that it was using. :)
