When I run my computer in normal mode it shuts down after 2 mins. of being on, but if I run it in safe mode with networking it works fine. What causes this to happen?
... take a look in "Event Viewer" <<click! [press] windows flag <key> + <r> (type) eventvwr.msc [press enter]
... menu on the left (path):
Applications and Services Logs-> Microsoft-> Windows -> Diagnostics-Performance -> Operational... contains performance diagnostics not only for the Windows shutdown but also for standby and boot performance issues.
... look for Shutdown Performance Monitoring entries. Each entry will contain information about the application or process that was causing problems during shutdown (including the time it took to shutdown that process)
.............. hope this helps.

Bad driver. What has changed on your computer prior to this happening. Did you install any software or hardware? Did you do any updates?
