Start Internet Explorer then click the Tools icon and choose Manage Add-ons
enable or delete any you do not want
also have a look in control panel and click add or remove programs or programs and features depending on what version of windows you are using and uninstall any toolbars that you do not need.

personally i would uninstall all toolbars

✔ Best Answer
If the above doesn't help check in Control Panel > Programs and Features to see if Weatherblink toolbar is listed. If it is then uninstall it.

You also ought to run this very small free program which is good at removing all dubious toolbars (you might have others):
Use the blue button just above the one that says Visit Author's Site.

You don't "install" this program but Save the downloaded file somewhere (rather than running it). Find the file and double click it, then choose the Scan. You are safe to run the Clean next but there is also a log which tells you what it has found and options. It will probably need to restart the computer. Keep the log in case further action is required.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
