Do you buy any chance have limewire installed on your computer? Has the video ever worked correctly?

I do have livewire. It never worked correctly since I have had computer and it is not a used unit. I'm not real sure what wire is but I think my grandson downloaded it when he was here over the weekend. Also do you know how I download adobe flash? I get a message I can download it on the 32 bit system for my 64 bit, however I'm not sure how as it will not automatically download. I am starting to think the 64 bit is not worth having.

You were asked if you had "limewire" not livewire.
If you have then it's probably the cause of your problems as it's using your bandwith to share files over the internet and not leaving you enough for smooth video viewing.
It's also a good source of viruses.
Turn it off on the taskbar, then uninstall it and run a virus check.
