I use Firefox but needed to download a copy of Internet Explorer. I was unable to do so. I received a message stating that my Windows Vista was not genuine, but it is...it came installed on my laptop. Since then, when typing my cursor jumps randomly all over the page I'm on. Sometimes it will move to a spot, the text will become highlighted then when I hit the next key it will delete. While typing this message sometimes the page will just scroll down to a spot where text can't even be entered. What can I do to fix this? Please help!

Do you have a wireless mouse? Maybe try changing the battery.
