I am on Windows Vista and succesfully connect to the internet via a Lnksys Wireless router and an ATT Siemens modem. I can not connect to my company's VPN. I receive a time out message. IPCONFIG dislays Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection IPv4 address and sub masks. I understand you need to reconfigure the Siemens modem and I don't know how or if this will connect to the VPN

I don't think you have to reconfigure your modem to connect to the VPN. You may have to use a wired connection. Try that first.
How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.

Do you know how to configure my ISP modem? Do I have to load the ISP's CD? 'tracrt' provided me with three ip addresses but I don't know how to configure the modem.

As I said, I don't think that's necessary. Call your company's help desk to configure the VPN.
