Right-click the printer that you want to remove, and then click
If you can't delete the printer, right-click it again, click Run as
administrator, and then click Delete. If you are prompted for
an administrator password or confirmation, type the password
or provide confirmation.
Please make sure that before you uninstall the printer, there
is no print jobs and printer permissions.
To quickly view which print jobs are in process, double-click
the Printer icon in the notification area.
To view your printer permissions, right-click the printer that
you're using, click Properties, click the Security tab, and then
click your user name. If your computer is on a domain, printer
permissions might be controlled by your administrator.
