My computer is continuously showing "Windows Explorer has stopped working" then "Windows Explorer is restarting". It does this so that I cannot even click on control panel. I can't do anything. I can't run my virus scan because it keeps restarting. The only reason I am able to post this message is because I did ctrl+alt+delete and ended task on the explorer. I don't even have any icons showing now. I opened IE from the task manager. My windows security center popped up and said I have a virus "Reno" on my computer but I can't get anything to work so I don't know how to remove it. Please if you know what I should do, let me know. I thought maybe I could just take EVERYTHING off of my computer down to nothing and start over, reinstalling Vista, but I don't know how to do that either. What should I do?
