Is there a difference between the FULL version and the Upgrade version of Vista Ultimate. I mean in respect with the actual physical CD itself (the files on the two) or is the difference in the Product Key itself?

If you consider the fact that M$ now utilizes an all-in-one distribution approach with regards to the various Vista versions offered - the Product Key is arguably the deciding factor.
