January 2007 I purchased my Toshiba Laptop (after my old one was stolen). I also purchased a Vista Ultime Upgrade from BestBuy. I immediately upgraded my OS to Ultimate after receiving the Laptop. This month I reformatted my hard drive to do a clean install of vista. I usted the Toshiba Recovery disks and had no troubles with the restore. However, upon initiating the isntallation for the upgrade I get a message saying I must install the upgrade on the original computer. I understand why this may be happening, different operating system preloaded on the laptop than is on the recovery disks. How do I install the upgrade? How can I contact Microsoft Activation. How do I resolve this. I purchased the product, and it IS the exact same computer. But it's not letting me install it again.
