The crc is not good. Seems to suggest a problem with some part of the data. That might range from memory to ide to cables to hard drive. You should boot to the DVD and copy files off. When the machine is booting press F8 at the point between the end of POST and windows logo - (you have about a 2 second window) a text menu should appear - choose "LAST KNOWN SETTINGS THAT WORKED" or LAST KNOWN GOOD SETTINGS

I had this problem when I formated my laptop, what I did is unpluged any usb on my computer and then it loaded good, maybe give it a try and this will help, take care. AskJuba

I have tried Last known good settings, I have tried Safe mode in which the last driver seen loading was CRCdisk.sys I have tried every option under repair your computer. None of them worked.
