When doing a "Full Factory Recovery" does the file "ntuser.dat" reinstall as part of the recovery?

No. ntuser.dat will be created when your profile is created. Curious why do you ask?

I am having a problem with my computer starting. I was advised to run a "Full Factory Recovery" to correct the situation. I was in the process of transferring my personal data etc., and came across this particular file in my Personal Document folder. I couldn't move it, so it concerned me.

XpUser states "ntuser.dat will be created when your profile is created". Is this profile generated from the factory recovery and I in turn only have to name the file?
