When Vista rates your system does it rate it diff when you are using it in 64bit mode then it does in 32bit mode?

I notice my processor gets a higher rating in 64bit mode then it does in 32bit mode. The odd thing is and maybe it's because of the 32bit ram cap limit, that the amount of ram I have in gets a higher rating in 32bit mode then in 64bit mode. The graphics card scores a tad bit lower in 64bit mode then it does in 32bit mode as well.
