Vista Loading hangs up in 20% of ca

Even if you click F8 before loading and chose Safe Mode the display shows: +------------------------ |Loading Windows Files | | | | |Please wait... +------------------------ and hangs up
But this window should display: Loaded: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\volmgrx.sys Loaded: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\pciide.sys Loaded: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\PCIIDEX.SYS etc. (HDD indicator blinks about 0.5 seconds and goes out)
What I mean to say is that it is obvious that Vista hangs up itself at the very beginning of loading, but not because of drivers.
