Using vista ultimate, after boot in, logging in, entered the winodws. My harddisk just keep loading non-stop and forever. Although it doesn't affect my laptop's performance, but i don't know what it is loading. Do anyone have any idea?

Run msconfig, go to startup, disable a few things until you find out which one it is. It will take time since you have to reboot each time you make changes. Each time it reboots, you'll have to click ok on the dialog box.

You could also try installing the latest version of CCleaner - one of it's tools allows you to disable / enable / delete start-up items without going through the Msconfig hassles.

Yeah, it sounds like you've got too many different programs and applications trying to initiate as Windows loads up for the first time.
Use the MsConfig as the others have said, and uncheck xoes belonging to applications and programs that you don't need to be running when Windows loads (that's probably most of them). This should shave a few minutes off the loading time, and it'll also make things run smoother once you're actually up and running.
