this is not a copmputer related question, but everywhere i can find is saying vista is going to be released next year, but you people already have it? what gives? ive been a loyal MS product purchaser and i dont even know about this? i mean cmon, i had 3.1 through xp home and xp pro?!

Most of us were like you. Once M$ powered themselves into a world monopoly and have us hoked to their products, why should they care? In other words, loyalty is a bygone word.

You mean, in the context of Microsoft, right? Loyalty as a concept still exists, in just about every brand you can think of. Apple is a prime example, I have never met anyone more loyal than the typical Mac user.
