Comment: My "Help And Support" does not work; when I click on it, it says; Internet Explorer cannot downlaod/ from help Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later. ____________________________________________ The only option you have then is to press "cancel" and then nothing laods up at all. I thought that Vista at least has an offline "Help And Support" it can use if you are offline (which I am not) that it can revert to when needed.

Reply: (edit)Thank you, worked very well, although I had to download WinRAR to use the patch, is there another free, non-trial based program that I could alter use to read .RAR files?
