My "Help And Support" does not work; when I click on it, it says;

Internet Explorer cannot downlaod/ from help

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

The only option you have then is to press "cancel" and then nothing laods up at all. I thought that Vista at least has an offline "Help And Support" it can use if you are offline (which I am not) that it can revert to when needed.

Thank you, worked very well, although I had to download WinRAR to use the patch, is there another free, non-trial based program that I could alter use to read .RAR files?
