Until there are other Vista firewalls available (Norton is not an option) I, like many of you, am using the built in FW.

I was wondering if the FW can be configured to block all outbound requests and ask for an allow or deny? Like every other FW does.

Thanks.

It's what I've been using on my Vista machine from the git-go & it handles basic gatekeeping quite nicely.

Sphinx free version has only 3 functions while the paid version (Sphinx Plus) has 10. They are asking for USD $50 for three licenses.
