I Purchased a external HHD 3.5 IDE Hard Drive USB 2.0. This is a plug & play. The 1st day i plugged in USB the external hard drive worked perfectly. The next day I tried to use this new Hard Drive Vista windows says "one of the USB devices Attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not reconize it. Why is this happening?
