I BOUGHT A TOSHIBA L500 ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AT BEST BUY AND IT DIDN'T COME WITH THE VISTA DISK YOU RELOAD. WHAT CAN I DO?

... you might have a <key> prompt to press @ bootup, shown on bottom line of screen(?)

... there may even be a "Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator" in the programs listing?

There should be an option to make a set of restore disks for future reinstalation, or purchase a set from Toshiba.
