Comment:

New desktop with Vista OS, networked with an XP desktop that has the HP Photosmart printer. I cannot access the printer. It is shared on the XP box and I can see it. Each time I try to install the printer it cannot find the driver. I have downloaded and installed the driver and updates several times. I have tried everything I can think of but when whatever I do is finished and I attempt to print a test page I get error code 41 (Can't detect device). Help please!
