everytime I boot up it gets to the windows load screen but suddenly freezes and a blues screen shows but then dissappears fast enoguh I can't get info on it and then the Computer tries booting again, but this time the screen asking me If I want to boot up normally or safe mode comes up and also has another message. WIndows has error blah blah, insert windows disk, select repair system. well My Vista disk is broken I don't have it and I can't access anything even with safemode or anything else. Is there another way?

You can try almost anyone's vista DVD to effect a repair. At some point you may need the original disk or at least the key. Be sure you consider getting new media before you need it. Check your spare tire too.
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, are in my top 10
