Hi there,
Im having problems connecting to internet using my wireless router and network adapter model netgear WPN111, for my laptop I have vista and i think this is the cause of the problem.
the problem is that when I try to install router software it says the network adapter isn't responding. When checking the device, it appears to be working
although i did notice that when installing the adapter i wasn't able to follow the installation steps provided and also when i go to open the desktop icon for the adapter it flashes for a second then automatically closes again.
Has anyone alse experienced this problem with vista or does anyone have any ideas how to resolve the problem?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated- Thankyou

Yes, I have the same problem. In VISTA it the little program that installs along with the driver only flashes for a scecond and closes down immediately. I tried to download driver for VISTA from NETGEAR, bet there's not that little program included there :( It's completely silly from NETGEAR (how the hell did they test it?)
