Vista and a347bus.sys problem

My computer did an automatic update upon restaring and
wont reboot. It says that the system driver a347bus.sys is
missing or corrupt. I cant start in safe mode or any other
mode for that matter. I have Vista Business installed. The
status is 0xc0000221? Any ideas would be great...

Try booting off your Vista DVD and choose Repair.
