Vista an IPSec Policies on Local PC

Has anyone had success setting up a VPN IPSec tunnel in Vista RC1?
I configured IPSec policies, using IPSec Policies on Local Computer, exactly as I did in Win XP Pro SP2. In Win XP I got the tunnel up and operational, and even at times when the tunnel failed, I could still identify the initiation attempt of the policies (i.e. when I attempted to ping to the VPN I would get "negotiating security" replies). However in Vista, using the exact same policies I see no signs of the policies trying to initiate the tunnel (i.e. when I attempt to ping to the VPN I get "request timed out".)
Has anyone had any success setting up IPSec in Vista?

Bingo! - the first post was on the money...I Googled Vista and IPSec but never found this link. But I used the first link and it lead to the info I needed.
It's still not easy to config IPSec - despite what they say..actually its a bit more confusing but I got it up.
Curious thing is they still have IP Sec Policies for Local Computers in the OS but it seems to be disfunctional...it's now superseeded by Windows Firewall with Advance Security for Local Computers.
