VBA code excel 2007 move down one row

OK. So I have been trying to find the excel 2007 VBA code to:

1. Input data into selected cells in the first row using a custom userform. FYI: I have already accomplished this task.

2.Save the data that was input to the first row when a user clicks a command button.

3. Clear the fields of the userform when the user clicks the same command button.

4. Move to next row after the previous row when the user clicks the same command button.

I need the actual code for this procedure. Does anyone have it or know where I can get it without having to buy a programmers guide?
