user profile service service failed

trying to log in to my mums computer and it gives me the message

"the user profile service service failed the logon
user profile cannot be loaded"

can log into safe mode but am unsure what to do with it

You can rename the user profile folder of your mum and restart in normal mode.
Login as your mums user.
A new profile will be created.
Then use windows explorer to check the renamed folder for files, you want to move to the new profile folder.
