Unwanted dual boot Vista

I had my corrupted window vista formated and now a fresh new vista was intalled, Why i get dual boot of vista? one with vista earlier version and another one is window vista? how to remove the unwanted boot? why is the earlier vista version still in the pc? help pls..thx

I think it leaves the old installation in a named folder...anyway

you can use this to remove the entry:
