uninstalling weather channel desktop

when i go to the contrlo panel and click on uninstall, I get the message "could not open INSTALL.LOG file". How do I get weather channel desktop off my computer?

thanx Tufenuf for the help.I tried googling my problem and every time I got an answer to download an antispyware to get rid of the weather channell desktop. Your answer was the first one that actually worked on the first try!
