I have an msn.com email address and cannot open attachments to emails. The dialog box opens but the estimated time left, transfer to and transfer rate fields are blank and the dialog box just stays there and the download never completes. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!!

... you state that you cannot open them, is this after you download them or are you trying the "open" option while in email? I had to read it twice
