I recently Installed Symantec Antivirus corporate edition V11 to my vista business, since then I’m not able to browse my network shares, but when I disable the option called “Network Threat Protection” in the Symantec I m able to browse the network, but the think is I have also installed the same Symantec version to my XP pc also, its able to browse the network when the “Network Threat Protection” is enable, how come that???

nortons products of any kind are a pain in the wazoo.
i always remove such programs from customers computers. to much maintenence is required for the average user.
i use the free avg which is much simpler and it maintains itself.
look for the free avg in google
