Comment:
i have a rather large dvd archive that i have been using in xp mce. i have now moved to vista. The uac is maddening. i have disabled it, however when doing that, vista complains about my dvds by saying the playback has been prohibited in my region of the world.
these are all region free dvds on my external hard drives. so i can not set the region of the player. ( i dont think )
i cant seem to find any information on this. i really hope you can help because vista denies me the simplest things with uac enabled.
