Comment: Hello, I'm trying to install a driver for my awful graphics card, a S3 Savage IX 8MB, on Vista Business. Yeah, it sounds crazy for me to be installing Vista on such a poor system, but I think it runs quite well, of course with Aero disabled and many unneeded services disabled. Of course I also have XP Pro dual-booting with it. Anyway, whenever I try to install this driver, Windows always says that the Parameter is Incorrect. It recognizes the driver, but just won't install it. Is there anyway around this? Thanks in advance.

Reply: (edit)Nevermind, I was able to install the drivers when I downloaded the exe file from IBM's site and ran it in compatibility mode fro Win XP SP2. It installed fine, and things are running even smoother in Vista now. Pretty amazing for a 6 year old laptop, isn't it?
