A few days ago, when I returned to my computer, I found that somehow, my task manager had disappeared from the security options when i press ctrl+alt+delete and i seem to be infected with viruses. i have managed to remove the viruses my i still can't my task manager back and i keep getting pop-ups. i can survive, but it would be nice to have a working computer. Can someone help?

captain_jones_27, Please disregard this reply as it was for Windows XP and I don't know if it would work on Windows Vista. Sorry for my mistake.
