System will not boot.

Specs: Windows 7
I Am trying to fix my moms eMachine:
Model emachines w3653 S/No: GCJ86 700 02890
Windows Vista

The first problem my mom's system had was with the PSC or PCI controller. So I called myself downloading the driver and installing it onto her system. That didn't work. I shut it down and when I logged back on to attempt to fix it again I got the following message:

Realtek RTL8139(x) 18130/810X Boot Agent
Press Shift-F10 to configure

O.K. so I Presses Shift-F10 and nothing happened.

I am now stuck. I tried holding down Alt F10( I think it was F10) when I first logged on( Like someone suggested) and that didn't work.

I know that eMachines has a rebooting CD or something like that but I didn't want to have to buy it but I don't know what else to do. It's sad because my mom only used the computer for about 4 Months before she started having problems. Any and All Help will be HIGHLY appreciated. Thanx in advance

... tap the <Delete> <key> as the pc starts up and [enter] your bios

... if not the <Del> <key> try <F2>

... once in bios disable boot to Lan or network perhaps load "default" values

... "save settings on exit of bios" ..... it might now boot from your harddrive(?)

... restart the pc
Demonstrative exspelling
... there is logic to this madness!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... .im
