Comment:

When my computer starts up I get a "Run Time Error 339" message saying the component MSWINSCK.OCX is missing or invalid. and I get a second message saying "Error Loading C:\Windows\System32\wlpbldiv.dll".

Anyone who can explain how to fix this would be greatly appreciated, and please explain the best you can as I am new to this lol

wlpbldiv.dll is not a valid file name. most likely some piece of malware that has been removed. get autoruns and remove any entry referring to wlpbldiv.dll from the start up routine.
