when i turn on the computer the dell screen loads then it just goes to a black screen that says "Intel Matrix Storage MAnager option ROM" etc... it will not load windows

do you get as far as being able tell the computer to boot from cd or safe mode if so i can help a lot untill I know I can not advise you let us know so I can tell you how to fix this problem kinf regards Bradley
