ssvagent.exe please read

I keep getting this error popping up every so often tonight telling me that I do not have permission for the "ssvagent.exe" application. I click "ok" and I can access IE. I did research it is part of Java. BUT, there were no real explainations on how to fix it, when I checked in Google. Does anyone know how to stop this annoying warning window?? It also said in Google that it is part of a Java updater?? I dunno, all I know is it is annoying and I would appreciate it if someone could give me a hand here.
