Yeah! Hi! Help me plz!

Everytime I log into my computer I see a window come up with exactly this:

"Error loading C:/PROGRA~1/MYWEBS~1/BAR/1.bin/M3PLUGIN.DLL"

then it says at the bottom:

"Specified module could not be found."

By the way the title bar is :"RUNDLL"

Plz help me because I have no clue what is the problem and I'm not sure if it's affecting my computer. It's a large family so it's multiple users in the house, using different log in/screen names and it comes up on some of my family members' profile also. Can you help? If you can, I'd be ab-so-lute-ly grateful. Bye!!!
