I've had this laptop about 6 months, and I have a ton of movies downloaded to it. The problem is that it just quit playing sound on them, so I tryed playing a dvd, also no sound. I don't get sound on youtube or any other online videos. but it plays my mp3's all day long... Any suggestions are appreciated. I'm not a computer whiz by any means so I might need a little coaching...
