sound and video error

my sound and video work fine. but i have a problem where the sound is cutting out, its not choppy just no sound. and video starts to slow down and become choppy. i reinstalled all my drivers even my o.s. everthing is normal in the Bios and and no errors in device manager and system.nfo. logging off and logging back on seems to reset the app. but i cant find the real problem.
