Hi! lads, Can anyone tell me if it's normal to be signed off the internet after a delay of a few minutes, as I find it exasperating to go through the rigmarole of signing on every few minutes, I am using Sky email. For some reason Windows Mail won't work on my machine. Am I wrong, but are you not supposed to be signed on until you ask to be signed off?

You need to have the SKY software installed on the PC and be using a SKY Router.
Windows Mail needs to be configured to use the SKY Email Settings, and SKY WebMail also needs to be configured to allow the mail to be accessed by a POP Client.
Actually the SKY website has a HELP section.....
