Comment:

We have some devices with Vista Business on which we would like to show a short AUP before login, or after login (If after login, user should not be allowed to perform any actions until they have 'agreed' to the AUP).

The solution should ideally allow a 'Agree' and 'Disagree' button (Disagree possibly shutting down the machine?).

I have tried the login banner feature built into local computer policy but it is a bit too limited.

Any solutions (free!) available?

Thanks!
