Aah, this is a good one - just like working on a tech-desk. Sorry angeles guy but you need to give more information if you want help. The first place to look is your ISP's webpage - most have walk-throughs for setting up e-mail. If you don't have an ISP or you still don't know what I'm talking about then I suggest a course of basic lessons at your local night-school.
