You have either accidently deleted or moved the folder.
Check all folders in Outlook to see if you accidently moved it, check the deleted items folder as well as calender.
In other words check every nook and cranny in Outlook.
Failing that if you have restore points enabled in Vista, try restoring to a time previous to the problem arising.
