Possible to copy "screen print" to editable TEXT from DOS using Windows Vista?
I.E., Transferring a DOS screen print of a directory in DOS (of a CD or diskette, for example) to TEXT software such as Notepad, WordPerfect, etc, which I have done for many years in PRIOR Windows systems:
(Product is the version of DOS that is used with Windows Vista ~ I don't KNOW!)
In Windows XP and prior windows versions, I could keep a record of directories on storage disks & CDs - excellent in finding older versions of important files in many years of storage CDs & disks.
IS it possible to do this with Windows VISTA? I haven't been able to figure out how if it is.
Please, if anyone knows, please email me!
Thanks!
Dusty

I can't answer your question but I do have this bit of advice... NEVER post your email address in a public forum unless you don't mind the SPAM crawlers picking up your address and bombarding you with spam.
