Scanner Trouble

When i try to scan things onto my Windows Vista computer, an error message shows up. I have a HP PSC 1600 All-In-One and the printer and copier work but not scanner. Please help me get this to work. Thanks.

Search the error message in Google. I can't see it from here. There are some buildings blocking my view.
